Three Cheese Pasta

175 gram (6 ounce) uncooked pasta shapes

1 tablespoons oil

175 gram (6 ounce) smoked bacon, chopped

100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) milk
-
150 gram (5½ ounce) mozzarella cheese, cubed

100 gram (4 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
- 1 Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
- 2 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry bacon for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan, tomatoes, milk and mozzarella. Bring to the boil. Stir in the pasta and heat through.
- 3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with Cheddar cheese and place under a pre-heated grill until golden.
