Italian Three Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
  • 175 gram (6 ounce) uncooked pasta shapes

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) smoked bacon, chopped

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

  • 50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) milk

  • 150 gram (5½ ounce) mozzarella cheese, cubed

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  • 1 Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
  • 2 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry bacon for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan, tomatoes, milk and mozzarella. Bring to the boil. Stir in the pasta and heat through.
  • 3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with Cheddar cheese and place under a pre-heated grill until golden.
