Rosemary and Chilli infused sardines, a flavourful red hot taste of summer.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat, line a grill pan with foil then brush generously with olive oil.
Place the sardines on the grill pan, sprinkle with the Chillies and Rosemary, drizzle generously with oil and season to taste.
Grill the sardines for around 5 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish, until they begin to char slightly. Serve with a fresh salad.
