Rosemary and Chilli infused sardines, a flavourful red hot taste of summer.

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • 8 Sardines, gutted

  • pinch Chilli Flakes

  • 2 tablespoons Rosemary

  • Juice of one lemon

  • Sea Salt, to season

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat, line a grill pan with foil then brush generously with olive oil.
  • 2 Place the sardines on the grill pan, sprinkle with the Chillies and Rosemary, drizzle generously with oil and season to taste.
  • 3 Grill the sardines for around 5 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish, until they begin to char slightly. Serve with a fresh salad.
