Rosemary & Chilli Sardines
Rosemary and Chilli infused sardines, a flavourful red hot taste of summer.
- 1 Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat, line a grill pan with foil then brush generously with olive oil.
- 2 Place the sardines on the grill pan, sprinkle with the Chillies and Rosemary, drizzle generously with oil and season to taste.
- 3 Grill the sardines for around 5 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish, until they begin to char slightly. Serve with a fresh salad.
