  • 1 teaspoon Tarragon

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 200 gram (7 ounce) tub crème fraîche

  • 1 teaspoon tomato purée

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) tagliatelle

  • 1 Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend and Tarragon. Add the salmon and pan fry gently for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.
  • 2 Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
  • 3 Remove the fillets and keep warm. Stir the crème fraîche and tomato purée and bring to the boil, stirring.
  • 4 Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with the tagliatelle.
