  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend and Tarragon. Add the salmon and pan fry gently for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.

  • Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.

  • Remove the fillets and keep warm. Stir the crème fraîche and tomato purée and bring to the boil, stirring.

  • Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with the tagliatelle.
