Salmon in a Creamy Cajun Sauce
Ingredients
50 gram (2 ounce) butter
4 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Tarragon
2 salmon fillets
200 gram (7 ounce) tub crème fraîche
1 teaspoon tomato purée
100 gram (4 ounce) tagliatelle
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend and Tarragon. Add the salmon and pan fry gently for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.
- 2 Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
- 3 Remove the fillets and keep warm. Stir the crème fraîche and tomato purée and bring to the boil, stirring.
- 4 Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with the tagliatelle.
