Salmon in a Creamy Cajun Sauce
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend and Tarragon. Add the salmon and pan fry gently for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
Remove the fillets and keep warm. Stir the crème fraîche and tomato purée and bring to the boil, stirring.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with the tagliatelle.
