Plump salmon fillets coated in a cajun marinade for the barbecue.

4 x 175g (6oz) salmon fillets

4 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, juice only

Instructions
- 1 Wipe the salmon fillets with kitchen paper.
- 2 Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salmon. If possible, leave to marinade for 20 minutes.
- 3 Cook over the bbq or grill for 10 minutes and serve with vegetables if you wish. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
