Plump salmon fillets coated in a cajun marinade for the barbecue.

  • 4 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juice only

Instructions

  • 1 Wipe the salmon fillets with kitchen paper.
  • 2 Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salmon. If possible, leave to marinade for 20 minutes.
  • 3 Cook over the bbq or grill for 10 minutes and serve with vegetables if you wish. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
