Oven baked salmon seasoned with Chillies and Ginger and a dash of lime juice, ideal for all the family to enjoy, or just half the quantities for a simple meal for two.
STEP 1: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
STEP 2: Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and squeeze over the lime juice.
STEP 3: In a small bowl combine all the dry ingredients, sprinkle over the salmon evenly and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
