Salmon in a Lemon Butter Sauce

4 x 175 gram (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skinned

1 sachet Lemon Butter Sauce Mix

450 millilitre (¾ pint) semi-skimmed milk

25 gram (1 ounce) butter
Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Place the salmon on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. (Fish should still be juicy.)
- 2 Mix the sachet contents with the milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring continuously. Add the butter at the end and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 3 Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve.
