Sesame & Black Onion Seed Tuna Bites with Horseradish Aioli

3 tablespoons Sesame Seed

1 teaspoon Black Onion Seed

400 gram (14 ounce) tuna steaks

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoon horseradish sauce

½ garlic clove, crushed or ½ tsp Schwartz Easy Garlic

Finely sliced lemon zest to garnish

Instructions
- 1 Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds and Black Onion Seeds onto a plate.
- 2 Cut the tuna steaks into bite size chunks and brush with the olive oil, then dip the top and bottom into the Sesame and Black Onion Seeds.
- 3 Pour the remaining oil into a hot pan then add the tuna, cook for around 30 seconds on each side so the middle is still pink. Remove from the pan.
- 4 Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and garlic and spoon a small amount on top of each piece of tuna. Garnish with lemon and insert cocktail sticks to serve.
