Sesame & Black Onion Seed Tuna Bites with Horseradish Aioli
Delicious fresh tuna chunks coated with a Sesame and Black Onion Seed crust, gently fried and served rare with a delicious horseradish and garlic mayonnaise.
- 1 Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds and Black Onion Seeds onto a plate.
- 2 Cut the tuna steaks into bite size chunks and brush with the olive oil, then dip the top and bottom into the Sesame and Black Onion Seeds.
- 3 Pour the remaining oil into a hot pan then add the tuna, cook for around 30 seconds on each side so the middle is still pink. Remove from the pan.
- 4 Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and garlic and spoon a small amount on top of each piece of tuna. Garnish with lemon and insert cocktail sticks to serve.
