Delicious fresh tuna chunks coated with a Sesame and Black Onion Seed crust, gently fried and served rare with a delicious horseradish and garlic mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds and Black Onion Seeds onto a plate.
Cut the tuna steaks into bite size chunks and brush with the olive oil, then dip the top and bottom into the Sesame and Black Onion Seeds.
Pour the remaining oil into a hot pan then add the tuna, cook for around 30 seconds on each side so the middle is still pink. Remove from the pan.
Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and garlic and spoon a small amount on top of each piece of tuna. Garnish with lemon and insert cocktail sticks to serve.
