Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion and fry for 10 minutes, constantly stirring until it begins to turn golden brown.
  • 2 Add the chicken, Curry Powder and Garlic Granules and cook through for 5 minutes until it begins to brown.
  • 3 Stir in the tomatoes, chilli, pepper and black onion seeds. Cook for 6-7 minutes until chicken cooked, sauce has thickened. Serve with Basmati rice.
