A hot and spicy Indian curry including warming fiery chillies and aromatic black onion seed.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion and fry for 10 minutes, constantly stirring until it begins to turn golden brown.
Add the chicken and cook through for 2-3 minutes until it begins to brown.
Add the herbs and spices and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients, cover and cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
