A blend of spices and seasonings, for making delicious homemade Indian curries.
STEP 1: Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the onion and Schwartz Hot Curry Powder and gently fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 2: Stir in the tomato purée, tomatoes, water, chicken and peppers. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
STEP 3: Season with Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
