  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • ½ red pepper, thinly sliced

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) broccoli florets

  • 3 teaspoon Thai 7 Spice

  • 350 gram (12 ounce) large cooked prawns, defrosted

  • 2 tablespoons sherry

  • 1 teaspoon cornflour

  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon clear honey

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) cashew nuts

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large pan or wok. Add the onion, red pepper and broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the Perfect Shake Thai 7 Spice Special Blend and cook for a further minute.
  • 2 Stir in the prawns, sherry (blended with the cornflour, lemon juice and honey) and cashew nuts. Stir fry for another couple of minutes until thickened.
  • 3 Serve on a bed of rice.
