Thai Spiced Prawns
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok. Add the onion, red pepper and broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the Perfect Shake Thai 7 Spice Special Blend and cook for a further minute.
Stir in the prawns, sherry (blended with the cornflour, lemon juice and honey) and cashew nuts. Stir fry for another couple of minutes until thickened.
Serve on a bed of rice.
