  • 75 rolled oats

  • 125 milk

  • 75 yoghurt

  • 1 honey

  • 1/2 vanilla extract

  • 1/8 Cinnamon Ground

  • 25 raisins

  1. Make this in batches and keep refrigerated – perfect for use throughout the week.


  • 1 Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour).
