Fragrant pasta dish that looks fancy but is quick and easy to make!
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Granules

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

  • 250 grams (9 ounces) pork sausage

  • 350 grams (12 ounces) penne pasta

  • 1 x 400 grams (14 ounces) tin of chopped tomatoes

  • 100 millilitres chicken stock

  • 1 handful of grated parmesan

Instructions

  • 1 Remove the sausage meat from casings and fry in a pan
  • 2 Add in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and the Schwartz garlic and oregano. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 3 In a saucepan, cook the pasta according to the pack instruction and drain and replace in the pan.
  • 4 Pour the sauce in the penne pasta and stir.
  • 5 Finish with the grated parmesan on the top.
