Sausage Meat Pasta with Parmesan Garlic & Oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Schwartz garlic granules

1 teaspoon Schwartz dried oregano

250 grams (9 ounces) pork sausage

350 grams (12 ounces) penne pasta

1 x 400 grams (14 ounces) tin of chopped tomatoes

100 millilitres chicken stock

1 handful of grated parmesan
Instructions

1.Remove the sausage meat from casings and fry in a pan

2. Add in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and the Schwartz garlic and oregano. Simmer for 3 minutes.

3. In a saucepan, cook the pasta according to the pack instruction and drain and replace in the pan.

4. Pour the sauce in the penne pasta and stir.

5. Finish with the grated parmesan on the top.
