Turkey Burgers

Tasty turkey burgers flavoured with Oregano, Thyme and Black Pepper, served on toasted buns with a generous helping of low-fat yoghurt with a hint of Cumin.

  • In a bowl mix together the yoghurt, Coarse Black Pepper, Cumin and Salt.

  • Serve the burgers on toasted rolls, garnished with the lettuce leaves, tomato and cucumber. Top each burger with the yoghurt mixture and serve immediately.

  • Mix the turkey mince, feta, Oregano, Thyme and Ground Black Pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 4 burgers.

  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan on a medium-heat until hot. Add the burgers and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the burgers are cooked through.
