Place the flour and 1 tbs Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend in a polythene bag and shake until well mixed. Toss the turkey in the flour mixture until completely coated.
Heat the butter and oil together in a large frying pan, add the turkey and gently fry for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and golden.
Cut the slices of ham in half and place on top of the turkey. Cover with the mushrooms. Mix together the cheese and remaining 3 tbs Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend, sprinkle over the turkey and baste with surrounding butter. Cover and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
