Delicious noodles, chestnut mushrooms, prawns and spring onions stir fried with soy sauce and Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning for a quick and easy mid-week meal packed full of flavour.
Heat the oil in the wok and add the onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Toss in most of the spring onions, all of the chestnut mushrooms and the prawns. Add a splash of water to the wok and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked and drained noodles and toss the ingredients over a high heat for 3 minutes, until the prawns are piping hot and cooked through. Stir in the soy sauce and Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning. Toss well and serve garnished with the reserved spring onions.
