Five Spice Beef & Noodles

2 teaspoon cornflour

2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

1 tablespoons dark soy sauce

1 tablespoons honey

150 millilitre (¼ pint) beef stock

1 tablespoons sesame oil

350 gram (12 ounce) lean rump or sirloin steak, cut into strips

1 courgette, cut into sticks

1 red pepper, sliced

100 gram (4 ounce) beansprouts

100 gram (4 ounce) egg noodles

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- 2 Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain. Blend the cornflour with the Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- 3 Stir in the noodles and serve.
