Five Spice Beef
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir fry the meat over a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning, mushrooms and red pepper and cook for a further 1 minute.
Add the soy sauce, black bean sauce and cornflour paste and stir thoroughly until thickened.
Simmer for 1 minute before serving.
