A delightfully creamy sauce, with mushrooms and ham, making this delicious Spaghetti Carbonara ideal for all the family.
Ingredients
  • 225 gram (8 ounce) spaghetti

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 250 gram (9 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 teaspoon Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • 250 gram (9 ounce) cooked ham, sliced

  • 300 millilitre (½ pint) double cream

Instructions

  • 1 Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion for 5 minutes, until softened. Add the mushrooms, Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 Stir in the cream and spaghetti. Toss well and serve immediately.
