225 gram (8 ounce) spaghetti

1 tablespoons oil

1 onion, chopped

250 gram (9 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

4 teaspoon Garlic Italian Seasoning

250 gram (9 ounce) cooked ham, sliced

300 millilitre (½ pint) double cream

Instructions
- 1 Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
- 2 Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion for 5 minutes, until softened. Add the mushrooms, Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Stir in the cream and spaghetti. Toss well and serve immediately.
