Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta

175 gram (6 ounce) tagliatelle

1 tablespoons oil

1 onion, chopped

2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

1 red and 1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 courgette, sliced

1 chicken stock cube

150 millilitre (¼ pint) double cream

50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) milk

4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

100 gram (4 ounce) ham, sliced

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onion and Garlic Granules for 3-4 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- 2 Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to the boil, stirring. Stir into the tagliatelle and heat through.
- 3 Cook tagliatelle in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
