  • 175 gram (6 ounce) tagliatelle

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

  • 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, sliced

  • 1 courgette, sliced

  • 1 chicken stock cube

  • 150 millilitre (¼ pint) double cream

  • 50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) milk

  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) ham, sliced

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onion and Garlic Granules for 3-4 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to the boil, stirring. Stir into the tagliatelle and heat through.
  • 3 Cook tagliatelle in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
