Sausage & Cannellini Bean Casserole

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. Place sausages on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 mins.

  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a large sauté pan, add onions, peppers and celery, sauté vegetables until soft.

  • Transfer to casserole dish and add beans, chopped tomatoes and tomato purée. Stir in the Schwartz Sausage Casserole Recipe Mix along with the water.

  • Add the cooked sausages to the casserole dish. Cook in the oven for a further 20 mins.

  • Serve with some delicious seasonal vegetables
