Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. Place sausages on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large sauté pan, add onions, peppers and celery, sauté vegetables until soft.
Transfer to casserole dish and add beans, chopped tomatoes and tomato purée. Stir in the Schwartz Sausage Casserole Recipe Mix along with the water.
Add the cooked sausages to the casserole dish. Cook in the oven for a further 20 mins.
Serve with some delicious seasonal vegetables
