Italian Sausage & Linguine Pasta

A tasty dish combining sausages and onions, flavoured with Garlic Italian blend and tossed with linguine pasta and rocket for a great family meal, that's simple and quick to prepare.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 onion, finely sliced

  • 1 packet sausages

  • 150 millilitre (1/4 pint) chicken or vegetable stock

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • 350 gram (12 ounce) linguine pasta, cooked and drained

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 150 millilitre (1/4 pint) crème fraîche

  • 1 bag rocket leaves


  • 1 Heat the oil in a large sauté pan and gently fry the onion, until softened.
  • 2 Remove the skin from the sausages and break up the meat with a fork. Add to the pan, continue to break up the meat and gently fry until well browned. Add the stock and Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3 Add the cooked linguine, Parmesan cheese, crème fraîche and rocket leaves, stir through and serve immediately.
