Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Black Peppercorns Mill, , lightly crushed

  • 2 teaspoon French mustard

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 450 gram (1 pound) pork fillet, cut into strips

  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, quartered

  • 300 millilitre (½ pint) carton soured cream

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) fine green beans, halved and cooked

  • Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to season

Instructions

  • 1 Add the Black Peppercorns, mustard and mushrooms and cook gently for 3 minutes.
  • 2 Add remaining ingredients and heat through without boiling. Season to taste.
  • 3 Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the pork and onion for 8-10 minutes.
