A deliciously seasoned apple sauce made with cider, an ideal accompaniment to all pork dishes.
- 1 Peel, core and roughly chop the apples. Place the apples in a saucepan with the cider, sugar and butter.
- 2 Put a tight fitting lid on the pan and cook slowly for approximately 10-15 minutes until puréed.
- 3 Pass the mixture through a sieve and add the Perfect Shake Pork Special Blend. Re-heat and serve.
- 4 Serve with Mini Pork Sausage Skewers.
