Pork Casserole

1 tablespoons oil

450 gram (1 pound) lean pork, cubed or 4 pork chops

1 onion, diced

1 sachet Somerset Pork Casserole

300 millilitre (½ pint) water

1 apple, cored and sliced

Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
- 2 Heat oil, fry pork and onion for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish.
- 3 Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cookfor 1 hour or until meat is tender, adding the apple for the last 30 minutes.
- 4 Serve with sautéed potatoes.
