A traditional family dish for pork, cooked with apple in a delicious cider flavoured sauce and seasoned with herbs. Delicious served with sautéed potatoes and steamed green beans.
- 1 Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
- 2 Heat oil, fry pork and onion for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish.
- 3 Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cookfor 1 hour or until meat is tender, adding the apple for the last 30 minutes.
- 4 Serve with sautéed potatoes.
