Garlic Italian Pasta Sauce

A classic Italian pasta sauce with tomatoes, herbs and garlic.

  • Heat the oil and fry the onion until softened.

  • Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened and reduced.

  • Serve tossed into cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you wish.
