Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened. Add the Garlic, Italian Herb Seasoning, Paprika and flour. Cook for 1 minute.
Blend in the liquid and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Cool slightly. Purée in a liquidizer or food processor
