Carrots with Caraway

450 gram (1 pound) carrots, cut into thin sticks

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds

15 gram (1/2 ounce) butter

1 teaspoon soft brown sugar

Salt

1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley , sherry (optional)

Instructions
- 1 Place the carrots in a large pan with the water and Caraway Seeds. Cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes until the carrots are tender. Drain and return to the pan.
- 2 Add the butter sugar and salt and cook for another 5 minutes, adding the sherry (if using) for the last couple of minutes of the cooking time.
- 3 Stir in the Parsley.
