Honey Glazed Carrots

Serves: 4
  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.

  • Place the carrots in a large pan with the water and Caraway Seeds. Cover and simmer gently 10 minutes. Drain and return to the pan.

  • Add the butter, honey and salt, stir to evenly coat then transfer to a baking tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes until carrots begin to caramelize.

  • Sprinkle over Parsley before serving.
