Honey Glazed Carrots

450 grams carrots, cut into thin sticks

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds

15 grams (1/2 ounces) butter

2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Flat Leaf Parsley

Schwartz Sea Salt to season

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Place the carrots in a large pan with the water and Caraway Seeds. Cover and simmer gently 10 minutes. Drain and return to the pan.
- 3 Add the butter, honey and salt, stir to evenly coat then transfer to a baking tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes until carrots begin to caramelize.
- 4 Sprinkle over Parsley before serving.
