40 g (1 1/2 oz) butter
1 tsp sugar
450 g (1 lb) carrots
4 spring onions, chopped
1/2 tsp Black and Red Pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Melt the butter with the sugar in a pan. Add the carrots, cover tightly and cook over a gentle heat for 5-10 minutes or until just tender. Sprinkle over the spring onions, Black & Red Pepper and salt.
Stir gently before serving.
