40 gram (1 1/2 ounce) butter
1 teaspoon sugar
450 gram (1 pound) carrots
4 spring onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Black and Red Pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt the butter with the sugar in a pan. Add the carrots, cover tightly and cook over a gentle heat for 5-10 minutes or until just tender. Sprinkle over the spring onions, Black & Red Pepper and salt.
- 2 Stir gently before serving.
