Provencale Mushrooms

25 gram (1 ounce) butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) white wine

1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

225 gram (8 ounce) button mushrooms

200 gram (7 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato purée

2 teaspoon sugar
-
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- 1 Serve hot or cold with French bread.
- 2 Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion and Garlic Granules. Add the wine and Mixed Herbs and reduce by half. Stir in the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute.
- 3 Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
