SPRINKLE: 2 Tbsp over 300g chicken wings in a bowl
TOSS to coat before spraying with Air Fryer Oil from @FrylightHQ .
COOK at 200°C for 10-12 minutes and shake halfway through
GLAZE mixing 2 Tbsp Honey with 2 Tbsp ketchup in a bowl before adding cooked meat. Air Fry for extra 2 mins until glazed and sticky.
GARNISH with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds

Flavourful ideas for cooking with Schwartz Air Fryer Spicy Korean BBQ

KOREAN BBQ WINGS
Place 400g chicken wings in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning, toss to coat. Place in air fryer and spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 12-14 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through. Combine 2tbps ketchup and 2tbps honey in a bowl, toss the cooked wings through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. Garnish with shredded spring onions and Schwartz Sesame seeds.

KOREAN STICKY CAULIFLOWER
Place 300g cauliflower florets in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning, toss to coat. Place in air fryer and spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through. Combine 2tbps ketchup and 2tbps honey in a bowl, toss the cauliflower through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. Serve the cauliflower in the lettuce leaves garnished with spring onion. Garnish with shredded spring onions and Schwartz Sesame seeds. For the Korean mayo, combine 2tsp of the seasoning with 50ml mayonnaise and serve alongside the florets.
