SPRINKLE 2 Tbsp over 300g pork in a bowl
TOSS to coat before spraying with with Air Fryer Oil from @FrylightHQ .
COOK at 200°C for 10-12 minutes and shake halfway through
GLAZE mixing 2 Tbsp Honey with 2 Tbsp ketchup in a bowl before adding cooked meat in a bowl. Air Fry for extra 2 mins.
SERVE with Jasmin rice and steamed bok choi finished with a little sesame oil and Schwartz sesame seeds.

Flavourful ideas for cooking with Schwartz Air Fryer Sweet and Sticky Chinese BBQ.

CHINESE SWEET & STICKY BBQ
Place 300g pork belly in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning, toss to coat. Place in air fryer and spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through. Combine 2tbps ketchup and 2tbps honey in a bowl, toss the cooked pork belly through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. Serve with Jasmin rice and steamed bok choi finished with a little sesame oil and Schwartz sesame seeds.

CHINESE VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
Heat air fryer to 200C, remove the grate from the cooking bowl. Spray the bottom of the hot bowl of the air fryer with a little oil and immediately pour in 2 beaten eggs. Cook for 2 minutes, then stir and cook for a further minute. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Spray with a little more oil and add the chopped vegetables (4 spring onions, 1 red pepper, 75g peas). Cook for 4 minutes, stir well then add the seasoning and the rice, cook for 3 minutes. Add the egg back, stir well and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until piping hot.
