HALLOUMI AIR-FRY TURKISH KEBAB SKEWERS
Place 250g diced halloumi in a bowl with 1tbs Greek yogurt, sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to coat. Thread onto mini metal skewers, alternating with peppers, tomato and red onion pieces. Place in air fryer and spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, or until slightly charred. Shake halfway through. Serve with a mixed leaf side salad drizzled with a little olive oil.
TURKISH KEBAB
Place 300g diced chicken in a bowl with 1tbs yogurt, sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to coat. Place in air fryer and spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Shake halfway through. Serve chicken in pittas or flatbread with salad, yogurt and chilli sauce.
