WhatsApp Chatbot Terms and Conditions
Nadiya x Schwartz campaign

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Chatbot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Chatbot.
2. Use of Information
The Chatbot will collect and store phone numbers and messages sent by users for the purpose of providing assistance and improving the Chatbot's functionality. Your phone number and messages may be stored in a secure and encrypted database for 3 months.
3. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. While we take reasonable measures to secure your information, you acknowledge that the transmission of data over the internet may not be completely secure and that we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Chatbot, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate and complete information.
b. Use the Chatbot for lawful purposes only.
c. Not use the Chatbot to send or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
d. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Chatbot or its systems.
The Chatbot, including its design, content, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Chatbot without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that the Chatbot is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations regarding its functionality, accuracy, or availability. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Chatbot.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Chatbot after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Chatbot at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
10. The Nadiya x Schwartz campaign
Messages can be sent to the Nadiya x Schwartz WhatsApp channel via the number +12697679254 at any time, however the specific Campaign period that the ChatBot will be monitored for is between 3pm-4pm on Friday 8th September 2023 only.
11. Response to messages
Relevant messages (i.e. messages that are about cooking or baking in relation to the Nadiya x Schwartz range of recipe kits and seasonings) will be endeavored to be responded to within this time period between 3pm-4pm on Friday 8th September 2023. While we will aim to respond to all relevant messages, this may not be possible due to the volume of messages received. Any messages deemed inappropriate or irrelevant will not be responded to, except for the automated response which will be shared with all users after their initial message.
Messages will be responded to between 3pm-4pm on Friday 8th September 2023 by Hill + Knowlton Strategies UK, alongside Nadiya Hussain.
By using the Chatbot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Chatbot.
