450g (1lb) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
150ml (¼ pint) water
2 tbs tomato ketchup
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Place the chicken breasts into a casserole dish. Combine the water and ketchup with the sachet contents and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour.
3. Remove from the oven and carefully pull with two forks.
