Great served with baby spinach, mango chutney, natural yogurt and halved cherry tomatoes.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
For our recipe you will need...
1 tbsp oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 tbs tomato purée
150ml (1/4 pint) semi-skimmed milk
1 pack of wraps or chapattis
1. Heat oil and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
2. Add onion and peppers and fry for a further 4-5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle over sachet contents and tomato purée. Stir for 30 seconds, then add milk to the pan and allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve in warm wraps or Indian style chapattis.
