A sauce mix for burgers with mustard, garlic and black pepper
You will need …
1 sachet Schwartz Grill Mates Classic Steakhouse Burger Mix
450g (1lb) beef mince
1. In a large bowl, combine mince with sachet contents and form into 4 equal-sized burgers.
2. BBQ or grill burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
3. Serve in a bun with a mixed salad.
Water, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Mustard (4%)(Water, Mustard Seed, Sugar, Salt, Spirit Vinegar, Turmeric, White Pepper, Acid: Citric Acid), Salt, Garlic (3.5%), Onion, Flavouring (contains Celery), Black Pepper (2.2%), Worcestershire Sauce (Barley Malt Vinegar, Molasses, Water, Salt, Onion Powder, Tamarind, Chilli, Cloves, Garlic, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Modified Starch, Onion Powder, Potato Fibre, Wheat Fibre, Acid (Lactic Acid), Carmelised Sugar Syrup (Caramelised Sugar, Caramelised Glucose Syrup, Water).
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Combine the sachet contents with 450g pork or beef mince, form into meatballs, then pan fry until cooked through. Serve with a simple tomato sauce for a delicious dinner.
