- chicken, fish or halloumi
- mashed avocado
- cabbage slaw


For Tangy Fish 
325g white fish (such as cod or haddock), cut into finger sized goujons
Spray oil
8 mini tortilla wraps, warmed

For Crunchy Slaw
3 tbs mayonnaise or Greek yogurt 
175g red cabbage, shredded
1 apple, grated

For Mashed Avocado 
2 avocados, skin and stone removed

Start by pre-heating the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.  Pour the Tangy Coating into a shallow dish, place the fish in the seasoning and turn carefully to coat lightly all over.  Pop the fish pieces onto a non-stick baking sheet, spray with oil and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked. 

Simply combine the mayo or yoghurt with the Bell Pepper, Oregano & Garlic Seasoning, stir in the red cabbage and apple and set aside.  

Simply mash the avocado flesh with the Mango, Lime & Coriander Seasoning to release all the delicious flavours.

TO SERVE.  Spread the mashed avocado over the warmed tortilla wraps, layer with crunchy slaw and top with the crunchy fish.

Nadiya Loves To... mix it up and replace the fish with chicken or halloumi.  Follow the recommended cooking times below.

• 300g chicken breast or thighs, sliced – cook time 15 mins 
• 225g halloumi, sliced – cook time 10 mins


Remember you can also cook your coated fish, chicken or halloumi in an air fryer for a really cripsy coating!  

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
