  • 2 large pizza bases

  • 125 millilitre (4 fluid ounce) tomato and basil pasta sauce, or passata.

  • 100 grams (4 ounces) mozzarella in cubes

  • 10 mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced into 1/4 inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons Oregano
