Tasty beef burgers flavoured with a squeeze of Easy Chilli and a generous sprinkling of Herbes de Provence. Ideal for the grill or barbecue.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, fry gently for five minutes until softened. Tip the onions into a bowl and add the beef mince, Easy Chilli, tomato purée and Herbes de Provence. Season and bring the mixture together.
Divide the mixture into four patties and shape them. Leave to chill until ready to cook. Brush with a little oil and cook on the barbecue or under the grill for 15 minutes, turning half-way through. Ensure the burger is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Halve the burger buns and lay a lettuce leaf over one half. Top with a burger and two slices of tomato. Serve with a mixed salad.
