Hot Chilli con Carne

450 gram (1 pound) beef mince

1 small onion, chopped

400 gram tin chopped tomatoes

2 teaspoon Hot Chilli Powder

1/4 teaspoon Minced Garlic

400 gram tin kidney beans, drained and washed

2 tablespoons tomato purée

1 red pepper, chopped

Instructions
- 1 Brown the mince and onion in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients except the red pepper. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- 2 Add the pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes.
