Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese

  • Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and sauté the onions, carrots and celery for 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir in the minced beef and Garlic. Cook until browned, using a fork to break up the mince as it cooks.

  • Add the remaining ingredients (except the spaghetti). Bring the sauce to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions, drain.

  • Season Bolognese with Black Pepper to taste and serve on a bed of hot spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
