Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and sauté the onions, carrots and celery for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the minced beef and Garlic. Cook until browned, using a fork to break up the mince as it cooks.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the spaghetti). Bring the sauce to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions, drain.
Season Bolognese with Black Pepper to taste and serve on a bed of hot spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
