Spicy Steak Stir Fry

275 gram (10 ounce) Basmati or long grain rice

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

350 gram (12 ounce) stir fry beef, cut into strips

1 onion, cut into wedges

1 red pepper, cut into chunks

1 green pepper, cut into chunks

1 tablespoon Garlic Granules

1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

1 tablespoon Chives

Instructions
- 1 STEP 1: Rinse the rice in cold water and place in a saucepan. Pour in enough water to cover the rice by 2.5cm (1”). Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 2 STEP 2: Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the beef and onion for 3 minutes.
- 3 STEP 3: Add the peppers and the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for 3 minutes until the peppers have softened.
- 4 STEP 4: Serve with the cooked and drained rice.
