Aromatic Chicken & Chickpea Tagine

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, sliced

1 teaspoon Garlic Cooking Paste

450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

1 teaspoon Ground Coriander

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 red pepper, diced

400 gram (14 ounce) tin chickpeas, drained

125 gram (5 ounce) fresh tomatoes

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoons Coriander Leaf

3 tablespoons tomato purée

200 millilitre (7 fluid ounce) chicken stock

Instructions
- 1 Heat the olive oil over a medium heat and fry the onion and Easy Garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 2 Add the chicken and fry for a further 4-5 minutes, until browned.
- 3 Add the spices and cook for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer.
- 4 Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
