Cajun Chicken

1 sachet Grill Mates Cajun Marinade Mix

75 gram (3 ounce) tomato ketchup

2 tablespoons cold water

1 tablespoons oil

900 gram (2 pounds) chicken wings (tips removed), skin on

spring onion (green part only), finely chopped to garnish

Instructions
- 1 Combine sachet contents, tomato ketchup, water and oil in a large bowl. Add meat to bowl and turn to coat well.
- 2 Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, or for best results refrigerate and marinate overnight. Remove from marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 BBQ on a medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until cooked through. Serve and garnish with very finely chopped spring onion.
