Chicken wings with a hot and aromatic Cajun marinade.
Combine sachet contents, tomato ketchup, water and oil in a large bowl. Add meat to bowl and turn to coat well.
Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, or for best results refrigerate and marinate overnight. Remove from marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
BBQ on a medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until cooked through. Serve and garnish with very finely chopped spring onion.
