Chicken and Leek Bake
450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
100 gram (4 ounce) bacon, diced
225 gram (8 ounce) leeks, sliced
1 sachet Chicken & Leek Bake Recipe Mix
450 millilitre (¾ pint) semi-skimmed milk
50 gram (2 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Pre-heat oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Fry chicken, bacon and leeks for 5 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and pour over chicken. Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 4 Serve with mashed potatoes.
