A delicious hearty chicken casserole with onion and herbs.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
Heat oil, soften onion and carrots. Add chicken and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a casserole dish.
Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
