A quick and tasty stir fry seasoned with a delicious blend of Chinese-style spices, Ginger and Garlic for all to enjoy.
Ingredients
1 tablespoons oil
450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
100 gram (4 ounce) carrot batons
100 gram (4 ounce) courgettes, sliced
1½ tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice
1 tablespoons soy sauce
175 gram (6 ounce) noodles, cooked
Schwartz Sesame Seed to garnish
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat the oil and stir fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes until browned. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 2 Add the Schwartz Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning and soy sauce and stir fry for 1 minute.
- 3 Stir in the noodles and heat through. Garnish with Schwartz Sesame Seeds.
