Pan-fried Piri Piri Chicken
Chicken breasts pan-fried with peppers and onion and flavoured with a sprinkling of Piri Piri Special Blend combining Crushed Chillies, orange and lemon peel, Paprika, Herbs and red bell peppers. A quick and easy meal for two.
- 1 Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chicken breasts and cook for 7-8 minutes, until browned, then flip over.
- 2 Add the onion and peppers to the pan and cook for a further 7-8 minutes, tossing the vegetables occasionally.
- 3 Once the chicken breasts are cooked through, sprinkle the Perfect Shake Piri Piri Special Blend over the chicken and cook for a further minute.
- 4 Delicious served with rice.
