Chicken breasts pan-fried with peppers and onion and flavoured with a sprinkling of Piri Piri Special Blend combining Crushed Chillies, orange and lemon peel, Paprika, Herbs and red bell peppers. A quick and easy meal for two.
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 red peppers, cut into chunks

  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks

  • 2 teaspoon Piri Piri Seasoning


  • 1 Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chicken breasts and cook for 7-8 minutes, until browned, then flip over.
  • 2 Add the onion and peppers to the pan and cook for a further 7-8 minutes, tossing the vegetables occasionally.
  • 3 Once the chicken breasts are cooked through, sprinkle the Piri Piri Seasoning over the chicken and cook for a further minute.
  • 4 Delicious served with rice.
