  • Pre-heat the oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6. Mix together the peppers and onion with the Ground Coriander and ½ tbs of the oil, transfer to a large ovenproof tray.

  • Mix the Coriander Leaf, Crushed Chillies, Garlic Granules, Paprika, Lemon Pepper and Salt with the remaining oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly, then place on top of the vegetables.

  • Squeeze the orange wedges over the chicken and vegetables then place onto the tray.

  • Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. Delicious served with crusty bread and salad.

    We love this recipe but can no longer get hold of Schwartz lemon pepper as none of the supermarkets have it
